こんなん作ってみました。
http://dkiroku.com/code/sfeed2opml-0.1.tar.gz
使い方s2o.rbの中の以下の部分を適当にいじる。

keyword   =   "ダイナマイト四国"
folder    =   "sikoku"

実行します。

./s2o.rb feeds.txt > sikoku.xml

こんなのが出力されます。

あとはglucoseなどに読み込ませるだけです。Bloglines用に作ったのですが
いまいち調子よくありません。
現在の対応サイトは「はてなブックマーク, はてなダイアリー,
jetrun,del.icio.us,livemark,goo,未来検索,feedback,1470.net」です。
feeds.txtを記述を追加すれば対応サイトを増やすことができます。
